Yes, you can request a bottom bunk when making your reservation or during check-in. While we do our best to accommodate such requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
We accept credit and debit cards only. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
Yes, a complimentary dinner is included in your booking! For dinner, please let us know if you are attending by 4pm so the chef can prepare enough food and help us avoid food waste.
Policies depend on the booking platform used. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the exact terms of your reservation.
Early check-in is subject to availability. If there is a guest staying before you, your room will be ready from 3PM. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier, and we can provide you with a code to access the common area while you wait or leave your luggage in the luggage room.
